Why Sardella’s Pizza & Wings Will Always Welcome Children
Many American families see pizza as a classic weekly staple. Recently, a pizza spot in Tampa, Florida, decided it was no longer going to allow children into the restaurant. The owner decided that having an open patio with easy access to the street was too dangerous. Although we agree that safety is crucial, a “no kids allowed” pizza joint is not our kind of place.
At Sardella’s Pizza, we are all about providing an amazing family-friendly atmosphere. As a family-owned restaurant, we keep quality time near and dear to our hearts. If a family wants to come in to share a delicious pie or plate of pasta, we want to make sure that experience is satisfying and stress-free. Next time you come in to enjoy a meal be sure to ask your server for some pizza dough for your kids to play with while they wait for your pizza!
Not only do we pride ourselves in maintaining a comfy spot for families to enjoy delicious Italian cuisine, but we also offer several incentives and fundraising options for schools and youth organizations, as well as pizza camp for kids.
Sardella’s Pizza Camp
Pizza and fun are synonymous with Sardella’s, so we like to create a scenario in which kids can celebrate their love for pizza by learning to create their own. Pizza Camp attendees get to learn the ins and outs of stretching and tossing dough, see the inner workings of our kitchens and bake their own special pizza in one of our commercial ovens. The final reward, of course, is getting to chow down on their personal, custom-made pie! Learn more about how to get your children signed up.
Community Initiatives
Without you, Sardella’s Pizza simply couldn’t survive, so we like to give back to our community by supporting as many neighborhood organizations and schools as we can. We are committed to offering donations in-kind and working with groups to organize fundraisers for their causes, including nearby schools that need additional funding for programs and supplies.
